Wasted Space…
Have you ever heard of the Pareto Principle? It’s commonly referred to as the 80/20 rule. There are so many ways to apply this statistic -but in the context of our clothes and the choices we make around the things we put on everyday- this principle shows that:
“80 percent of the time we only wear 20% of what’s in our closet.”
Think about your wardrobe... What is just sitting there, unused? What do you always grab and then put back because it just looks a bit “off”? Have you noticed the “20% of clothing” that you wear ALL THE TIME?
A Color Analysis (or a Style class) is a way to help you navigate the 80% of your wardrobe that just sits there. Both of these tools will save you tons of wasted money, precious closet space, and so much valuable time on guessing what your best colors and styles are.
Walk through your closet today. What’s the one thing you always grab? And take a moment to ask yourself why... For example: I always, always wear my high rise jeans. They make my legs look so long and I love that they fit like a glove.
And then, look around... What are those things you never ever wear? Is there a common thread?
